We offer the following services to keep your pets healthy:
Puppies and Kittens
Northside Veterinary Clinic wants to meet you and your new pet. A wellness exam, suggested vaccine schedule, parasite control with diet and nutrition education. All of these need to be addressed early in your pet’s life. We offer microchipping and can answer all of your questions about spaying or neutering.
Wellness Services
Wellness care is a must. We offer and suggest yearly packages to aid in your pet’s overall health, at an affordable price.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations are critical! they start at 6-8 weeks of age. Any diseases can be prevented with appropriate vaccines. There are core and non-core vaccines that we will discuss with you in depth.
Diet and Exercise
Pets need much of the same important roles of diet and exercise as we owners do. Prescription diets are sometimes needed to keep your pet healthy. Body condition scores are helpful and is included in the wellness exam.
End of Life
Saying goodbye to your pet is a difficult process. We want the transition to be as painless as possible. We recommend sedation to help your pet pass calmly. We do offer cremation and other arrangements.
Laser Therapy
Low level lasers can stimulate cells to heal more rapidly with less pain. Older pets with arthritis, joint pain, and diminished mobility can benefit. The low voltage laser helps with post-surgery pain, wounds, fractures or general pain.
Surgery
We offer safe, affordable surgical care for your pet. Basic spays and neuters, soft tissue, and urgent care. We use the safest anesthesia, monitoring and provide prost-operative instructions. Of course, pre-surgical bloodwork is offered at a discount.
Laboratory and Diagnostic Services
We offer a full in-clinic laboratory, complete with urinalysis and digital radiology. We can have results almost immediately.
Parasites
Common Oklahoma parasites such as ticks, fleas, heartworms and intestinal worms are a problem. We suggest a fecal and heartworm test annually with your wellness exam.
Senior Patients
Pets over 7 years of age need to be monitored more closely. Senior wellness visits should be more frequent and include bloodwork. Early detection can provide plans to extend their life spans. Arthritis can be painful to senior pets. We can help with that.
Boarding
Northside Veterinary Clinic offers all pet boarding. Our large facility offers large, medium and small indoor runs. We have small, medium, and large indoor cages. Our cat room is dedicated to the feline species with small, medium, and large cages. Lastly our indoor/ outdoor facility consists of 12 extra-large runs with outdoor access.
- Pets are monitored regularly.
- Baths or grooms can be arranged prior to pick up.

Dental Care
Pets need yearly dentals by age three. Prevention is the key. Drooling, smell, bleeding gums, loose teeth, reluctance to eat are all signs of dental disease. Tartar breaks down the ligament that holds teeth in. Teeth will fall out if not cared for. Other disease processes are further affected by poor dental care.
